集團全資子公司惠州梅菜產(chǎn)銷有限公司成立于1997年12月,注冊資金300萬元,主要從事梅菜種植、加工、銷售的出口加工型民營企業(yè)。公司下設(shè)梅菜加工廠、腌制加工場、銷售門市、流動銷售車,自辦無公害惠州梅菜種植示范基地。2001年公司與華南理工大學(xué)聯(lián)合開發(fā)的“低鹽傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)味即食梅菜”項目,列入國家級科技星火計劃,成果通過了省級鑒定,產(chǎn)品填補了市場空白,產(chǎn)品參加2001年中國國際農(nóng)博會展出,被授予“名牌產(chǎn)品”稱號。公司嚴格按國際通行的HACCP規(guī)范,以安全、營養(yǎng)、衛(wèi)生、方便消費為導(dǎo)向,將惠州農(nóng)業(yè)資源優(yōu)勢轉(zhuǎn)化為經(jīng)濟優(yōu)勢,現(xiàn)已開發(fā)出梅菜鯪魚和扣肉罐頭、即食、即用精加工梅菜產(chǎn)品10多個品種,年加工量3000噸,產(chǎn)品主要銷往廣州、深圳、東莞、佛山、中山、南海等泛珠三角國內(nèi)市場和東南亞及歐美國際市場。公司在激烈的市場競爭中不斷增強企業(yè)的應(yīng)變能力和競爭實力,取得了良好的社會效益和經(jīng)濟效益。 “禎州牌”梅菜被評為廣東省名牌產(chǎn)品,通過了農(nóng)業(yè)部無公害農(nóng)產(chǎn)品認證,“禎州牌”商標被認定為廣東省著名商標。
2000年12月禎州集團全資注冊廣東荔枝集團有限公司(香港),投入數(shù)千萬元于荔枝產(chǎn)業(yè)的科研、技術(shù)、市場與品牌,至力于打造一流“丹荔 DANLI”荔枝酒國際品牌,將千年文化歷史的廣東荔枝推向全球?!暗だ?DANLI”荔枝酒采用千年母樹品種“仙婆果”荔枝,與法國杜比耐特葡萄酒研究所合作,依據(jù)不同的工藝,釀造出高檔荔枝冰酒、干白、威士烈酒、白蘭地等不同口感、不同風(fēng)格的系列荔枝酒。荔枝含有人體所需的17種氨基酸和多種礦物質(zhì),既有高雅的品位,又有廣東荔枝獨特風(fēng)格及千年荔枝文化內(nèi)涵,產(chǎn)品填補國內(nèi)外市場空白。與華南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)聯(lián)合開發(fā)升華干燥荔枝王,2002年列入國家級星火計劃項目,科研成果通過了省級鑒定。產(chǎn)品選用惠東名優(yōu)特產(chǎn)——“仙婆果”荔枝為原料,采用先進的升華干燥技術(shù)(真空冷凍干燥)制作而成,產(chǎn)品保留了鮮果的營養(yǎng)成份,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量與研制技術(shù)達到國際先進水平。

Huizhou Meicai Production & Market Co., Ltd. - a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group, was established in December, 1997 with a registered capital of RMB 3 million; it is export-oriented private enterprise undertaking the processing with the main business scope covering the plantation, processing and sale of Meicai. The company is consisted of the Meicai processing plant, curing processing space, sales outlet, mobile selling vehicle and the pollution-free demonstration base of Huizhou Meicai plantation established by itself. Low-salt instant Meicai which has been developed by the company in coordination with the South China University of Technology in 2001 has been listed as the National Spark Program of Science and Technology; the accomplishment has passed the provincial level certification and the product has filled up the market gap; the product was awarded the honor of "Famous Products" when being exhibited on the China international Agricultural Fair in 2001. In strict accordance with the prevailing international HACCP practice and under the guidance of safety, nutrition, health and convenience for consumers, the company has turned the advantage of agricultural resources in Huizhou into the favorable economic conditions and has developed finely processed Meicai products such as the canned Meicai cirrhinus and steamed pork, as well as more than a dozen varieties of instant Meicai products, the annual process capacity is 3,000 tons; the products are mainly sold to domestic markets in Pan-Pearl River Delta, such as Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Foshan, Zhongshan and Nanhai, as well as international markets in the Southeast Asia, Europe and America.
